Automated bacterial engineer
ASBL 1 is an Automated Synthetic Biology Lab by ASBL. This machine genetically engineers E. coli K12 cells. It integrates ASBL Lab 0, template plasmid synthesizer, plasmid purifier, genetic transformation unit, centrifuge and thermocycler. This machine outputs a genetically engineered bacterial colony given an input plasmid. Use with Python.
